Anybody had/have Post Partum Thyroiditis?

I developed it while pregnant (I'm assuming its like hypothyroidism? - That's what I'm diagnosed as having). It was all of the regular symptoms, always cold, severe weight gain, losing hair like crazy, brittle nails, almost everything on Mayo Clinic and Web MD.
