Have i got Hypothyroidism or Hyperthyroidism?

My TSH is 6.58 And T4 15.50 Both are HIGH above average..

A normal TSH should be between 0.3-3.0

A normal T4 should be 4.6-12

CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG..

having both high levels.. what does that mean??
