Hyperthyroidism & hyperhidrosis?

i have been doing a little research on hyperhidrosis [excessive sweating] & found out that it is a symptom of hyperthyroidism & i have had excessive sweating for as long as i can remember..& i was wondering if anyone had experience with hyperthyroidism & if the excessive sweating would stop if you got treatment for the hyperthryoidism. another sympton is rapid heart rate and my heart rate is usually in between 80-115

If you are having these symptoms, go to the doctor. Hyperhidrosis can occur with hyperthyroidism or on its own, but you would need to see the doctor to be sure.

If in fact you do have hyperthyroidism, yes, it will help. I have cycling (hypo to hyper) thyroid disease, and the appropriate treatment doesn't always make you feel brand new but it definitely does help.
