Thyroid Question? My T4 levels are high and my T3 levels are low?

I have been having a rapid pulse for the third day now like 140's so i went to the urgent care last night they tested my thyroid it came back abnormal and they recommended an endocrinologist. They said my T4 levels were high and my T3 free levels were low? What does that mean?
